The staff seemed very attentive. ESPECIALLY helpful, were the concierge people. They made last minute reservations. They are very knowledgeable about the best things to do. The restaurants in the hotel were enjoyable. The weather outside was unpredictable. I would consider staying there again.
The bed WASN'T particularly comfortable. The pillows felt far too soft. it was a slight inconvenience.

the staff at the front desk were very cute. they acknowledged my marriott platinum status. breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable and had fresh-pressed juices. i also appreciated the afternoon tea.
the gym closed three hours early one day because the sole receptionist was not feeling well.

I found the staff very helpful . they assisted me with directions and also provided useful information about local attractions. the in-room safe was convenient for storing my valuables. It was easy to use. the location allowed easy access to many points of interest.
